“You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.”
All of us are making choices every single day. To think otherwise is irrational. In other words, it makes no sense to say, “It only seems that we are making choices. Actually, everything has been preordained. Everything.”
We are choosing, and will some day answer to God for the choices we have made. God is choosing too. And he is sovereign. That is why it is certain that the LORD’s purposes will prevail.
