{"id":2865,"date":"2013-03-29T08:09:35","date_gmt":"2013-03-29T12:09:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oldsandals.net\/?p=2865"},"modified":"2013-04-07T08:16:38","modified_gmt":"2013-04-07T12:16:38","slug":"a-hard-saying","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.oldsandals.net\/?p=2865","title":{"rendered":"A hard saying"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>[Then Jesus] said to them, \u201cMoses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so.\u00a0\u00a0And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>His disciples said to Him, \u201cIf such is the case of the man with his wife, it is better not to marry.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>But He said to them, \u201cAll cannot accept this saying, but only those to whom it has been given:\u00a0\u00a0<sup>\u00a0<\/sup>For there are eunuchs who were born thus from their mother\u2019s womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven\u2019s sake.
