Nevertheless some from Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem&#8230;.Many&#8230;had not cleansed themselves, yet they ate the Passover contrary to what was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, &#8220;May the good Lord provide atonement for everyone who prepares his heart to seek God, the Lord God of his fathers, though\u00a0 he is\u00a0 not\u00a0 cleansed\u00a0 according to the purification of the sanctuary.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>There has always been&#8212;there will will always be&#8212;those who ridicule the things of God.\u00a0 Love them anyway.\u00a0 That&#8217;s what the gospel is, really.\u00a0 It is love regardless.\u00a0 It is mercy regardless. And it is (ultimately) victorious.
